Hardcoat

A hardcoat is a protective layer that shields your lenses from everyday wear and tear. It increases scratch resistance, improves durability, and maintains optical clarity over time.

All Avulux lenses are hardcoated by default.

Hardcoat & Anti-Reflective

This custom, premium option combines a hardcoat with an anti-reflective (AR) layer.

This option offers all the benefits of a hardcoat while additionally reducing glare and reflections. The AR coating improves vision in various lighting conditions and improves the cosmetic appearance of your lenses.

Whether your Avulux lenses are AR coated or not, they are just as effective at filtering the most harmful light waves.

We add a custom Anti-Reflective coating to your Avulux lenses upon receiving your order. Please allow 7 to 14 days of processing time, in addition to shipping time, as we precisely craft your glasses.
