Proper Care for Your Avulux Migraine Glasses
Taking proper care of your Avulux Migraine Glasses will ensure that you get the most out of this important investment in your migraine wellness toolkit.

Glasses tend to accumulate oil and debris. Be sure to use cool water to gently rinse the debris off your lenses prior to wiping them.

ONLY use a clean microfiber or lint-free cloth. If the microfiber cloth has accumulated oil and debris,
launder prior to using it.

Use a clean microfiber/lint-free cloth to gently dry your lenses. Avoid applying excessive pressure.

Store your glasses in a cool, dry place to avoid heat damage to your lens and frames.
The following can damage your lenses, do not use:

Optical lens cleaners such as “Eyeglass Cleaner” or “Eyeglass Wipes”.

Alcohol-based products like rubbing alcohol, Isopropyl or denatured alcohols, face and/or body cleanser.

Harsh chemicals such as bleach, Windex or household cleaners.

Detergents such as laundry detergent, abrasive dish soaps, etc.

Paper products such as paper towel, Kleenex or other facial tissue.

Indications for Use: Avulux® is an FDA-authorized, over-the-counter precision optical filter indicated to block light at 480 nm (high blue range) and 590 nm (red/amber range), while allowing light in the remaining visible color spectrum through, to decrease the impact of light sensitivity in patients diagnosed with episodic migraine aged 12 years and older. The use of Avulux should not alter the usual care therapy of patients diagnosed with episodic migraine, including medication usage.
